This project involved the soft strip of all floors of Rutland Court, however it was later split into 2 phases. Phase 1 included the soft strip of the Ground Floor (including the reception area), 5^th floor and the 6^th floor; as these floors were to be handed over first.

The soft strip included the removal of suspended ceilings, floor finishes, wall linings and partitions, internal doors and the M&E, in order to make the floors back to shell for the new tenants.

Phase 1 project duration: 3 weeks

The Demolition Team are due to return to site in 2026 to complete the remaining floors in phase 2.
