Window & Door Replacement Project | Alderbrook School, Solihull

The school has a planned programme to replace dilapidated timber windows and doors to various buildings on the school campus. Our project involved replacing the existing timber windows and doors with new powder coated aluminium doors, windows and curtain walling. Various elements of structural repairs were undertaken as part of the scheme. The project was undertaken over an 18-week period, and during these works the school was operational therefore this was logistically challenging. Project value was £609,000.00

The Project

The works included the installation of new powder coated aluminium doors, windows and curtain walling systems, improving both the appearance and long term performance & functionality of the building. In addition to the replacement works, various structural repairs were undertaken as part of the overall scheme.

Delivered over an 18 week programme, the project required careful planning and coordination as the school remained fully operational throughout the works. Managing logistics, maintaining safety standards and minimising disruption to staff and students were key considerations throughout the project.
